Damian Garcia, a senior at Pitman High in California, won the Division 2 boys individual title in 16:01.9 at the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Championships at the Willow Hills Course in Folsom. Garcia captured the first title for Pitman in program history, leading the team to a sixth-place finish with 165 points.
